Lovely cosy cottage, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The cottage provided an excellent base from which we could explore this incredible island. You can even sit from the comfort of the front room and watch the sun go down over the bay in the evening. Thanks Mary Flora!

Mary Flora and Fraser were so welcoming and helpful. Such a cosy little cottage. Perhaps a place to hang coats in the utility area would be a good idea.
Tips:Great location to do do all sights on North part of Skye. Lovely meal at Edinbane Inn. Walked along the pathway to hotel, took about twenty minutes. Hope to return in the future. Great holiday.

This is a magnificent cottage. It is clean and tidy (the cleanest self catering cottage I have ever stayed in!), all the appliances are new and fantastic - particularly the dishwasher which many self catering accommodations don’t have, it just saves a lot of precious holiday time! The location is perfectly placed. Central for sightseeing and 15-20 mins drive to Portree shops. The owner, Mary Flora, is wonderfully helpful and friendly and provides you with great tips for the area. I’ll definitely be returning!
Tips:Sightseeing: Neist Point, cliff side view recommended (40mins drive), Dunvegan Castle (15mins), Quiraing loop walk, (car park: 40mins), Old man of Storr (car park: 30mins), Fairy Pools (50mins) Food: Edinbane Inn! Delicious, quality food less than 5 minutes away from the cottage. Petrol: The Gleaner garage on Dunvegan Road in Portree (right next to Ewen MacRae Garage) is pretty cheap. The cheapest fuel we found was at the co-op supermarket’s petrol station in Broadford on the way in.

Cottage is really well equipped, super clean, and comfortable and felt roomy for the three of us. Mary Flora was so friendly and helpful from our first enquiry to dropping off the keys at the end. The cottage is really well located for getting to all parts of the island.
Tips:We really liked Single Track cafe which we found on our travels.

An immaculate cottage, in a wonderful setting, with every convenience provided. If only we could live here all year!! The owner greeted us , and made us feel warmly welcomed. The cottage itself is in a great location for exploring the Island of Skye, and was perhaps the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in. The washer/ dryer were a godsend, broadband reception was excellent, and the electric blankets were just that little added extra!! Thoroughly recommended!!

This was booed for our Honeymoon, the whole experience was excellent a great location on Skye, not too close to people close enough to Portree for visits daily. The Cottage is very well equipped and very clean . There is no sound from the near by road and the sunrises were spectacular . I will recommending this cottage to Family and friends.
Tips:There is a good Foodery a mile up the road in Edibane which also has live folk music one day a week. This is a very good cottage for a base for the walks on Skye with its mid island position.
