Thank you so much for the lovely stay. It was easy to get in touch with you, and it was very pleasant how you welcomed us. Even though the pod was next to your house, we had plenty privacy, and the pod was so beautiful.

Everything was first-rate, couldn’t have been better. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, the village is a proper community, and the sun shone!
Tips:Branch out a bit from the sights that everyone goes to see - you’ll have a better sense of Skye if you walk, take your time, and just take in the natural beauty and peace of the Island. Colin gives excellent advice about where to go that won’t be full of visitors.

The area was cute, just a long way from most of the sites on Skye; but I should have realized that from the map. Colin was so helpful and welcoming; we really enjoyed that. The pod was so clean and well stocked. You could tell that a lot of thought and effort was put into the details. We loved the patio and view and having our own little sanctuary. The Internet was excellent, the coffee and tea bar was great to have. We loved our stay in the pod! Thank you!

This place is great, especially for those traveling light and needing a bit of luxury for a few days. A bit challenging ig you have a lot of luggage, but ideal if not. The view from the deck is wonderful.
Tips:The Inn is within walking distance and we had really good food there. I wish we had planned ahead and booked a tour at Torbahaig Distillery. What a beautiful place.

A lovely place to stay! Very cosy and intimate, fully equipped and warm. Unfortunately we couldn't use the outdoor patio because of the rain, it surely would have been nice! Colin was a perfect host and gave us some precious suggestions on how to enjoy Skye landscapes avoiding the crowded routes.
Tips:Restaurant: we ate at The Inn @ Àird a’ Bhàsair - 2 minutes walk from the pod. It has a good choice of food, beer and whisky. We booked the day before by email. What to see: we took the Camasunary Bay trail, 1 hour from Ardvasar, 3 hour walk. Amazing landscapes and few people. No traffic jams to reach the car park. Thanks Colin for the suggestion!

The pod was cute, clean, and well appointed, and Colin was a helpful and polite host with good recommendations (the beach beyond the fairy pools was so lovely!) and such generosity (we so appreciated charging our electric car at the main house overnight). Would absolutely stay again.
Tips:The pod is not as remote as I thought it would be based on the photos, but that might have been my own interpretation. The views from the pod and beyond are lovely; just make sure you bring bug spray, because the midges are plentiful some nights!

We had never stayed in a Glamping Pod before, but after this experience we would definitely be doing it again. Anneth Glamping Pod is an exceptionally well maintained, clean and fresh venue, with everything you need to spend a comfortable few days away. Superb instructions from the hosts to assist in finding the place, and a friendly welcome greeted us upon arrival, but then they maintained our privacy so that we could do our own thing. We would highly recommend Anneth Glamping Pod to any couple who are looking to experience this beautiful part of the world.

We loved our stay! The last morning we even saw some deers, it was beautiful. Thank you very much. The bed was comfortable and the pod is super cozy, I loved it. As an extra I would only recommend having a little bit of cooking oil. We were prevented about bringing food etc, and I really apreccieted the coffe, tea and milk, but just a little bit of cooking oil would be perfect as we just needed a little in the morning for our eggs. 😇
Tips:I recommend the crab tostada at the Inn lol it was delicious!

Beautiful and well-equipped glamping pod. The host, Colin, was friendly and informative, with helpful advice about ways to find the best parts of Skye and avoid the crowds. Lovely views - we enjoyed watching the Mallaig-Armadale ferry plying across the Sound between Skye and mainland Scotland as we ate breakfast. The cosy armchairs were perfect for relaxing in, after a day of exploring.
Tips:The nearby Armadale Castle, with its atmospheric ruins, museum, café and gardens, was well worth a visit. The Camasunary walk was a delight, with wonderful views, gushing waterfalls and mounds of purple heather. We took the old manually operated turntable ferry on the way home. Great fun, amazing scenery and we were rewarded with sights of seals, herons and sea eagles.

Colin and Sue made me very welcome and Colin helped me with some walks I could do in the surrounding area. The Pod itself was absolutely delightful as it had everything I needed for my 5 night stay there. I could come and go as I pleased but I knew I would always be made welcome in their home if I needed anything. Can't wait to go back and I have already told others about it. Thanks again.
Tips:If you are into hill walking, this is one of the best places to stay. I did 4 days of kayaking with South Skye Sea kayaking just 3 miles along the road and 4 days of hillwalking. There is so much to explore on Skye you could never be done walking or paddling. The local pub and restaurant are about a 5-minute walk from the pod but you have to book as it gets very busy.

We found the bed to be too small and 1 pillow too low but 2 was too high. Need new pillows for older people like us! Also a shelf above the left side of the bed and bigger or more shelves in the bathroom would make it more comfortable when staying for longer. Otherwise it was brilliant.

A nice welcome by the owner Colin. Gave us all the information we need before arriving to the pod. The pod itself is very cozy and has a lot of furniture for a pod (we have pod’s in Canada and some are more simple let’s say). Everything was super clean (dishes, bathroom, bed). The only thing traveller should know, the bed is not very big (it’s a small double side bed). Me and my wife had a good sleep, but there were not a lot a place to move/turn around. The rest was perfect! If you happen to go near the village of Ardvasar, think about renting this pod!

Colin is a lovely host who is very informative regarding Skye The pod was immaculate and a fantastic area to stay. Sitting out on the decking enjoying a glass of wine looking out to sea is a memory I will not forget. An added bonus is the pod is good value for money
Tips:Just ask Colin

Very welcoming hosts. Lovely to have all basics available. Decking area was excellent. One wee suggestion. Perhaps a small reading lamp on the shelves at the bed head. There are sockets there anyway. For one who likes to read while husband sleeps!
Tips:The Inn at Ardvasar provided an excellent dinner but you need to book.

Very cool place. AMAZing vistas. New feel, clean and nicely hosted!! Please get a new mattress. Not real comfortable. Feels cheap compared to the rest of the facility.
Tips:No real dinner options.

Bad weather when arriving but lovely peaceful stay. It requires a bit of concentration to use the shower but we succeed ! Amazing view on the sunny morning … We would have loved to stay longer and enjoy a glass of wine with our hosts on the terrace … next time ! Cath and Bertrand

Great views, peaceful setting, welcoming host, and fantastic, clean, comfortable pod. Also great to have a recycling bin for every kind of waste. The area itself is lovely too and we're glad we visited this part of Skye on our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Host very easy to deal with and offering lots of advice. Beautifully decorated pod with everything you will need inside and a lovely deck to sit on outside to take in the fabulous view. The pod sits in a very peaceful location with local amenities. Highly recommended.
Tips:The pod is near Armadale Pier so well connected for ferry and bus connections. There is a cafe and gift shops at the pier. Also in Armadale is the fabulous community shop with foodie treats and basic shopping needs as well as an environmentally friendly scoop shop type arrangement. The pub at The Inn at Ardvassar is a lovely spot and a couple of minutes walk away. For a car free day Armadale Castle and woods are nearby but we took a walk to the Point of Sleat and the silvery sandy beach which was amazing in the Skye sunshine.
