8th November 2020:
What an amazing place, with stunning views. Was so clean and well stocked. A great base for just chilling or going out exploring.
Tips:We visited The Fairy Pools, Kilt Rock and the dinosaur footprints at An Corran Beach. Closer by there is a nice walk to Leitir Fura with some lovely views over to the mainland. On the way back we stopped at the cafe at An Crubh for lunch, which was well worth the visit too.

3rd November 2020:
Fantastic accommodation which was very well equipped. Very comfortable & cosy and the views were stunning. The weather wasn’t on our side but we made the best of it.
Tips:We had visits to Skyeskyns, Talisker Distillery, Portree, Lealt Falls, Kilt Rock and the Fairy Pools. Unfortunately the weather was too wild to walk to the Point of Sleat and Old Man of Storr.

23rd September 2020:
You've thought of everything one might need. The only thing I'd change would be a dishwasher instead of a washing machine. Everything else is perfect. And so helpful and welcoming. Hope we might come back some day.
Tips:Didn't go to a restaurant in the end, but you were right about the bakery in Mallaig. The Fairy Pools walk was busy so I'd probably avoid that in high summer. Bla Bheinn was a great walk.

1st October 2019:
An Nead is beautiful. The property is perfect for two well equipped and clean. The views are amazing. The property is cosy and is really well insulated. Steve is a great owner. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Tips:An Cruibh is brilliant amazing food and views and five minutes away by car. Sleet peninsula is very sheltered and quieter than the rest of Skye which is lovely. All of Skye is worth visiting especially Talisker distillery and take a Misty Isle boat trip. The drive to Elcol is wonderful. Learn the rules for single track driving and watch out for sheep and cattle on the roads.

Beautifully built and fitted out cottage with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big, generous kitchen with full size appliances, comfy lounge with wood burner TV, DVDs for nights in and and views to die for, good shower, and great quality bedding and towels. Everything has been thought of to make this a real home from home with artistic touches and a real sense of style. And the location is just breathtaking.

An Nead is a perfect property for two, set in a lovely location with beautiful views over Knock Castle and the Torabhaig Distillery across to the Knoydart Peninsula. Stephens bungalow was the cleanest and most well maintained property that we had the pleasure of staying in. The internet access was excellent, as were the rest of the amenities at the property. The owner, Stephen, was extremely friendly and helpful in every regard. His knowledge of the area is very useful when planning day trips. We would highly recommend to anyone and we look forward to a return visit. Thank you Stephen.

An Nead is in a truly beautiful position with the most wonderful view. In fact it was hard to leave each day of our visit to explore Skye. We really appreciated being on the peninsula of Sleat, it was amazingly empty compared to the rest of Skye. Steve is a great host, very knowledgeable about Skye and with lots of information on how to get around the Island. We definitely hope to return to An Nead in the not too distant future.
