Un soggiorno incredibile all’insegna della pace e della tranquillità, tornare al Beach Hut dopo giornate lunghe e stancanti in giro per l’isola di Skye era un vero e proprio piacere. Ci siamo goduti le serate tornando sempre a casa per le 18. L’unica pecca forse è che non essendoci tanta rete 4G e 5G starebbe bene un Wi-Fi. Però tutto ottimo, la struttura è perfetta.

La struttura è posizionata molto bene rispetto alle principali cose da fare su Skye. Organizzandosi le giornate e le varie tappe diventa comodo. Si consiglia di fare una prima spesa sostanziosa per non dover tornare sempre verso Portree

Nice and clean house (we stayed in Blossom Cottage), key was in Key-Safe, everything worked properly, small supply of tea, coffee was provided (including fresh Milk an some Lemonade in the Fridge)

Food: Shopping should be done in Portree or Broadford, location is very good for exploring all 4 directions of the Isle of Skye, location is close to the three Chimneys fine dining restaurant (10 Minutes drive)

This is a truly beautiful and wonderful place. You immediately feel a sense of peace and tranquility. Everything has been thoughtfully designed and is of a very high standard. There are so many lovely details, and it's clear that great care has also been taken to ensure quality. The surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning. Immaculate accommodation in a beautiful and quiet location. W3W was really accurate so we had no trouble finding the Beach Hut. The decor was considered with a well equipped kitchenette and this made our stay more comfortable and homely. We had mixed weather and the hut suited all conditions. Thanks to our hosts who were responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend this provider.

The highlight of our stay was visiting Dunvegan Castle Gardens and Coral Beach. Both were lovely for different reasons.

Blossom Folly might be the most magical place we have ever stayed. The property is beautiful with long-range mountain views and peacefully surrounded by trees. The house itself is thoughtfully laid out and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for exploring Skye, with convenient access to Dunvegan which has everything you need. With that said, we barely wanted to leave because the place was so relaxing! If you're considering it, book it, and maybe for an extra night because you will want time to enjoy the peaceful setting.

If the most popular hikes are crowded, pick any random walk and it's bound to be beautiful!

The Araucaria Croft is beautifully built and perfectly situated for lovely views. The attention to detail is obvious and we found ourselves enjoying just being in the space so much that one morning we just went for a walk in Roag (the neighborhood) and then sat at the beautiful window enjoying the view and coffee. We HIGHLY recommend this lovely place to stay -- and away from the crowds in Portree.

We spent as much or more time in the Dunvegan Castle gardens as the castle itself. Lovely gardens!

Absolute dream location and a very well taken care of accommodation. It has everything you could need, even some spices and cooking oil. The room is spacious and the bathroom is just splendid. The host is in touch via messages and very caring for everything that may be needed. Just a lovely stay!

Local hiking routes are quiet and not used by many - better than the famous Old Man of Storr or Neist Point hikes/walks.

An idyllic peaceful location, this lovely luxurious pod was a real find for us to use our e-bikes and explore Skye in all directions, walking, driving, cycling and relaxing. We had very mixed weather but the cabin was very cosy and warm and well equipped to relax. Communication was very helpful and efficient with the host. Thank you.

Beautifully decorated. Very cozy. We especially liked the shower and bathroom area. The views and proximity to nature were amazing, had visits from birds and rabbits and cows just beyond the trees. All the amenities we could ask for and lovely selection of drinks!

Our stay in Araucaria Croft Skye was fantastic. We felt comfortable and at ease as soon as we arrived and throughout our stay. It really was a home away from home. The area is stunningly beautiful and it is close to Dunvegan and many restaurants. From there it is easy to drive anywhere on the island. The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm. Everything was spotlessly clean.

We had a nice dinner in Portree, in Scorrybreac Restaurant. We enjoyed the Neist point lighthouse and walking at the Quiraing. We were there in may so we did a boat trip to see puffins with SkyeXplorer boat trips off of Staffin Harbour which we loved. If you are in the high season, we recommend going to the hikes as early as you can to avoid large numbers of people and very busy car parks.

The Coach House was wonderful - everything from the hosts, to booking, to the facility, to the location. We had everything we needed and the location was idyllic. We loved the attention to details in the built form, decor, and environment. Highly recommend a stop at Araucaria Croft Skye.

Too many things to list. We were hampered a bit by weather which made some sites more difficult to enjoy. However, just being here and having the peaceful environment made the trip fantastic. We picked up supplies and fueled up in Portree. If you have specific needs/medications, you want to be well prepared before arriving in Skye.

Dunvegan Castle was well worth visiting and the castle gardens in Spring were beautiful. Enjoyed scenic Waternish peninsula. Very disappointed in Portree, dirty and looked uncared for. Crows fighting over chip wrappers and overflowing rubbish bins.

Modern well-equiped cottage with very good facilities including decent wi-fi. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was tea, coffee, butter, salt etc waiting for us when we arrived. My wife and I were very pleased with how well-provided verything was.

We self catered and so didn't really go out for meals locally apart from Coffee and Cakes at the Athol House Hotel in Dunvegan, which was excellent. Beware of potholes on Skye - there aren't too many of them but the are some small but deep ones thta could easily damage your suspension. They are not a probelm so long as you keep a good eye out for them.

Pretty little Croft cottage perfect for 2. Warm & cosy when we arrived with the kitchen & bathroom heaters on. Welcome tray with tea, coffee etc. spotlessly clean & nicely decorated with a nod to the countryside & local art.plenty of kitchen utensils if cooking. Bed comfortable, bath products local to Skye & could happily of taken them home so nice! Sheltered little patio as well as the garden with lots of trees left partly wild but well tended. Beautiful.

Co op as directed has everything you need stop on the way & for fuel. Try the Edinbaine Inn for meal excellent, just a short drive. If you like Cath Waters art in the Croft visit her studio in Dunvegan. Walk down to the loch an easy walk. Also follow the lane along we saw deer one evening, ran out of time sadly to walk further round the point. Will come again to explore.

Das Tiny House lag wirklich idyllisch, sehr ruhig mit schönem Ausblick. Trotzdem war man sehr schnell in dem kleinen Ort, wo wir auch im Old School House sehr gut gegessen haben. Auch einen Bäcker gibt es dort. Das Häuschen selbst war wirklich sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe gebaut und eingerichtet. Das einige was wir wirklich vermisst haben, war eine zweite Herdplatte, so war das Kochen etwas schwierig. Toll war, dass sonst alles da war: Spüli, Lappen, Kaffee, Tee, ein bisschen Milch, Limonade. Vielen Dank für alles, wir werden es weiter empfehlen.

Restaurant und Bäcker in dem kleinen Ort, beides gut.

The cottage was a lovely place to base ourselves for our exploration of the Isle. It is in a nice, quiet, pretty location and had all we needed. Comfortable and we could cook for ourselves.

Certainly there are many popular places to visit on Skye. Fairy Pools, Old Man of Storr, and Neist Point are great. If in summer go early as the car parks fill up. But if you have time go south. Not as busy and very pretty. The drive to Elgol is a standout. Lots of local craft also. Skye Weavers and Duncan House jewellery are worth a visit.

Good place for discovering Highlands as its sort of like a short driving distance to many sightseeings and hiking spots. Old Shool and Athol Bistro restaurants in Dunvegan are super good but table reservations definitely needed! We enjoyed our time here, hope you will do the same!

Chalé aconchegante em área rural, silenciosa,onde se ouve o canto dos pássaros, de tem uma vista panorâmica incrível. Totalmente equipado com utensílios de cozinha, excelente banheiro e decoração de muito bom gosto.

Próxima à cidade e Castelo de Dunvegan (3km). Local ideal para quem quer fazer caminhadas ou corridas, contemplar a natureza. Em Dunvegan há boas cafeterias (cafeteria do Castelo e do Atholl House), restaurantes (Old School) e trilhas cinematográficas.
