The WeeBee Bothy is an amazing place. The hosts, Kathryn & John are awesome. They will help with any questions about the area if asked but they will also leave you alone if that’s what you want. I will certainly return to this area and hopefully the WeeBee Bothy will provide my shelter.
Tips:The road to Ord is amazing. Elgol is great for boat trips..I went to Loch Coruisk which was fabulous. It’s well worth the walk to the beach at Aird of Sleat. But, if all you do is sit outside WeeBee and take in the views, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Wish we could have stayed longer, it was perfect thanks. Beautiful view from the bothy. Everything was exceptionally clean and well kept with a lovely bathroom and very comfy bed. Lots of much appreciated details in the bothy too. Really could not find a fault or any way to improve it.
Tips:So much to see and visit on Skye. Our 3 days was not long enough. Spectacular scenery and roads just about everywhere.

Great place, and a surreal view to wake up/go to bed to. The host (Kathryn) was very warm and welcoming. The place is easy to locate if you follow google maps. Small and compact yet lots of place to move around. The name justifies the bee theme, you can spot knitted bees and stickers all over the place. Lots of thought put into the place to maximize comfort. The mattress was top notch, had a good night’s sleep after a tiring day of hikes. I would suggest buying ingredients for cooking as the nearest place to get stuff from would be Broadford (20 miles away). The place has every utensil you would need to cook a quick meal. Writers and photographers note this place down. Highly recommend this place for people wanting to enjoy a peaceful stay amongst nature. I will definitely be coming back to this place again.
