A truly lovely stay. The room was fresh and clean. Everything seemed to have been thought out… from the lighting to the shower… Breakfast was extensive and generous. I would definitely stay there again!
Tips:Book where you want to eat… the b&b is in a very quiet and beautiful area… restaurants are not close by and get booked up very quickly.

Wonderful room and breakfast. Also loved the bathroom. Personally think the bed was too soft (just my personal view). Would definitely recommend.
Tips:This B and B is in the perfect location if you want to stay near the Mallaig ferry terminal (2 minutes from leaving ferry to the B and B. Ample parking opposite the B and B. Very clean, we had a sea view which was nice. Large bathroom. Wonderful walk in shower. Town centre 5 minute walk away (along the sea front).

Everything about this place was so well thought out and considerate. It was like being at home away from home. Slippers provided so that you didnt walk around with shoes, fridge freezer provided in the communal dining area to keep your own food and drink cold. Decor was lovely very welcoming. Wide variety of breakfast options. We generally felt safe and at ease.

We received a lovely warm welcome from Fiona. Our room was simply stunning! Everything was immaculate and as new. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were lots of nice little touches in the room. The views were fantastic. The bathroom is beautiful and a superb shower. The only negative is the design of the location of the sink under the eaves makes it difficult to brush your teeth and wet shave. There are high quality toiletries to use and lovelly fluffy towels. There is a nice guest lounge area on the top floor with a couple of sofas and a table to relax at. Downstairs the breakfast room is well laid out and there's a fridge/freezer you can use with labels provided along with a microwave. The continental breakfast is the best we have ever seen anywhere! You have a designated table and a tray with your room number on. There's cafetieres with coffee already in and a boiler to get hot water from. There's a large offering of teas and instant coffee. You have a huge selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, cheeses, meats, croissants, giant crumpets, bread, waffles, pancakes and a whole host of food to feast on. We absolutely loved our stay at the Bridge, we'll definitely return, and we very highly recommend the Bridge!
Tips:Take some wine, beer etc. If you want to have a drink as there aren't any pubs or eateries within walking distance.

Tips:An carran beach in staffin down the road has dinosaur footprints in the rocks. That was amazing to see. Also, if you're planning to see skye, take your pictures on the afternoon as often there's a sea mist in the morning and you won't see many of the hills and peaks!

Excellent B&B. Fiona is a very friendly accommodating hostess. beautifully presented breakfast with so much choice, stayed in room 1 which was spotless, comfortable and has a lovely en suite modern bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.
Tips:Rural place to stay with the nearest pub/restaurant being 2.5hrs away. We stopped at a store in Staffin and bought our own food as there is a microwave and a fridge/freezer provided but also there is a variety of pot noodles available to purchase if you didn’t have anything with you along with plates & cutlery. If you prefer a meal before arriving there is nice places to eat in Uig or Staffin which Fiona gave me a list off. Once you arrive you can sit back, chill & enjoy the views with a few glasses of wine.

The Bridge B&B is excellent in every way . Owners have done everything to ensure the stay is very pleasant . My husband enjoyed a cold beer from the fridge -courtesy of the owners . The furnishings are quirky and. spotlessly clean and the owners have made a great job at making the B&B Covid aware without spoiling the lovely set-up. Owner Fiona and her husband are very friendly and accommodating.
Tips:Short drive to the Quiraing which allows you the option of returning the following day if weather is too poor to complete walk .

I cannot recommend staying here highly enough. The room was beautiful as well as the location. Fiona the owner was so welcoming and couldn’t have done enough for us. She had clearly thought of every detail, from the free items in the fridge to really welcome you or slippers for your room. Fiona was always chatty and put guests needs first, whether this be putting breakfast back a bit later for you or providing travel details of where is good to go in the area. I will certainly be back!

We loved our stay at the Bridge. We felt like we were staying in someone's home. Fiona is so kind and makes the place feel very cozy. The landscape is absolutely gorgeous and there is a beautiful walk reachable by foot. We spent a whole day just exploring the northern peninsula and were in absolute heaven. We saw hardly anyone. The breakfast is lovely and full of choices. We are already wanting to return.
Tips:The Rubha Hunish walk near to the B&B is stunning though not as famous as the Quaraing and Storr. It was our favorite. If you are able to make a fairly steep descent to the lower part of the walk, do it. It was so lovely.

Wonderful B&B with easy self-check in. Lovely room with big bathroom and shower. An amazing big spread for breakfast. Fiona was very helpful and friendly. Easy to pay by card on checkout.
Tips:We used The Hungry Gull takeaway in Staffin for dinner and sat with a lovely view on the picnic bench outside the B&B. Lovely coast road from Uig to drive around.
