Da dove cominciare? Judith è una persona straordinaria che vi accoglierà a casa sua con una gentilezza fuori dal comune. Judith è attenta ad ogni particolare e ha reso questo B&B molto più fornito e comodo di qualsiasi altro hotel in cui potreste soggiornare in Scozia. La colazione è la migliore che troverete in tutta la Scozia. Non è (fortunatamente) la classica colazione scozzese ma è un qualcosa di superiore che non troverete altrove e Judith sempre fa la differenza. È davvero un’ottima cuoca. E poi dal B&B godrete di una pace e di una vista fantastica. Punto molto strategico per visitare l’isola. Io e mia moglie ringraziamo Judith e se decidessimo di tornare sull’isola di Skye non avremmo dubbi su quale B&B scegliere. Where to start? Judith is an extraordinary person who will welcome you to her home with truly kindness. Judith is attentive to every detail and has made this B&B more equipped and comfortable than any other hotel you might stay in Scotland. The breakfast is the best you will find in all Scotland. It's not (fortunately) the classic Scottish breakfast but it's something superior that you won't find elsewhere and Judith always makes the difference. She really is a great cook. From the B&B you will enjoy peace and a fantastic view. Very strategic point to visit all the island. My wife and I thank Judith and if we decide to return to the Isle of Skye we would have no doubts about which B&B to choose.

I suggest Edinbane Inn restaurant (five minutes from B&B). But you need to book many days before

This BnB is just wonderful. The hostess is a star and the breakfast is just delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at Seaward BnB. The location is remote but the view is stunning. Most of the must do's is within 1h drive. A trip to Portree takes 20 min. Seaward BnB is highly recommended.

Edinbane Inn is just 5 min drive from Seaward BnB. The lower deck in Portree serves delicious food but, be prepared to que. It is on a first come first serve basis.

Judith is a wonderful host at her B&B. We ate beautiful breakfasts cooked to our needs, we had our room cleaned every day and our washing done. Amazing! We also enjoyed a laugh and a chat with her, yet she balanced that with a respect our privacy. We would definitely return.

We had some great meals near Seaward:- The Edinbane Inn, Edinbane Lodge ( very expensive but fabulous food ) The Old Schoolhouse, and the Stein Inn. You are well situated to see everything Skye has to offer.

Judith is the ultimate host. She is very warm and welcoming and shared her experience of Skye with recommendations of where to dine and visit. The location is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. Judith made us feel like one of the family.

The b&b was great and we had a splendid time with Judith. The room was spacious and fully accessorized, same as for the bathroom. The breakfasts were always gorgeous with a lot of fresh fruit and homebaked delicatessen.

2nd August 2022:

This is a wonderful B&B and Judith made me most welcome here for my two-night stay. The twin room was comfortable and I especially appreciated all of the extras that were included in the room (coffee, kettle, teacups(!) etc. and many amenities in the bathroom that are rarely included at B&Bs. It was nice to have a luggage rack and closet so I could unpack instead of living out of a suitcase. It is very peaceful in this location and I slept exceptionally well. Judith spoiled me with terrific breakfasts and, weeks later, I am still thinking about the poached eggs on avocado toast. Also on offer were very tasty home-baked treats such as flapjacks and chocolate banana bread and I took some of these on my hikes to have with a cup of tea. I am still thinking about those too. Delicious! If I were within 200 miles of Seward B&B, I would stay here again.

This B&B is a great base for seeing the Old Man of Storr, hiking the Quirang, touring the beautiful north coast of Skye and visiting Dunvegan Castle and Gardens among others. Check in at the tourist information office in Portrush for advice, maps and information.

Judith is a lovely lady, and really goes out of her way to make you welcome. Certainly the most interesting and delicious breakfasts I have enjoyed at a B and B. Being away from villages, we really got a feeling of the real Skye. I would certainly put Seaward on my short list of places to stay in Scotland.

In a word, Skye ! It is a big island and you have to travel. We had a couple of days and covered the Cuillins and West coast on the way up, and the North on the second day. There were plenty of "wow" views on the way, and I'm so glad we spent time there.

The room was a great size; B&B was spotless, and Judith was very welcoming and attentive, offering lots of advice and info on the island, things to do, places to eat, etc. Loved staying here and will do so again on a return to Skye.

Bring waterproofs; book dinner and prepare to eat early; have the smoothies at breakfast! Don't miss Dunvegan Castle and gardens or the Fairy Pools and Falls.

Judith is a really amazing and friendly host. We are a family with a 1 and a half year old daughter. Our child loved her dog Tara and Judith played with Tara and her many times. Lots to see and do around the northern part of Skye. I was particularly taken with the Island on the Edge, a working sheep farm & local wool/yarn shop, which was within walking distance to the B&B. Any spinners or knitters out there should visit!

My partner and I had a lovely stay. Judith was so warm and inviting and really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was great and there were even some delicious baked goods! The location was nice and quiet and had a beautiful view. Would highly recommend to all travellers!

Judith gave us a tip to eat at the local pub in Edinbane and it was sensational, hands down the best meal we had in Scotland - and in a tiny town!

Fantastic breakfast, and Judith was an exceptionally accommodating and welcoming host. Lots of great little small touches like the home made cake, and making a flask of coffee for us to take away for the day. Great shower too!

Good proximity to the Storr and Quiraing. Portree is also only a short drive away for lots of restaurants. The museum of island life on the north of the island is worth a visit on a wet day!

Absolutely amazing! Best host ever! Best banana bread both of us have ever had! Everything Judith cooked was simply amazing. Judith gave us a really thorough guide before we arrived, including travel tips, restaurants etc. when we arrived, we were greeted with delicious home made cakes, a good selection of tea and coffee, fresh milk. Every bite of the cakes was a “wow”. The room was very clean, homey, with every thing you need even new shower sponge for each guest and cotton pads to remove makeup! Judith was super nice and helpful. She made sure everyone feels at home. The breakfast was again amazing!!!She makes really really delicious smoothies and even prepared tasty shakshuka for us! Staying at her place alone counted towards the best part of the trip. I am not exaggerating. Five star recommendation!

Judith was friendly and helpful. She enhanced our stay. She had fresh brownies when we arrived. So homey!

We enjoyed the local inn for dinner. Judith has lots of recommendations. We found that eating early (before 6:00) reservations weren’t needed but after 6:00, definitely. The main sights were very congested even mid September, arriving early might give a chance for parking.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. We had never stayed in this type of set-up, like being a guest in someone’s home. Judith is an exceptional host, friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. She has paid much attention to detail and is very accommodating if anything is needed. She genuinely seems to enjoy preparing breakfast and special treats, made available all day. The house is in a beautiful setting (neither the pictures on the website nor my own do it justice).

We stayed at Judith’s B&B for 2 night this month. She is an amazing host!!! We had delicious breakfasts w a huge variety of food to choose from even without her hot meal choices. We loved her smoothies!!! She welcomed us w brownies and encouraged us to take some for our walks. She accommodated our late arrival. Her rooms are very cozy and have nice bathrooms attached. She even had a small fridge in the room for us! Her b&b is in a great location, but make sure you print out the directions, bc you won’t find it without them!! Her dog is sweet and she keeps her out of the guests’ way. WiFi worked well at her house, which was useful as coverage for us on the island was very spotty in general. Beautiful ocean view from the twin room. We will stay with her next time as well!!!

The view from judy’s place is spectacular. She is a super host who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The Seaward may be a little off the beaten track but for the view and Judy it is worth it. The bed was really comfortable, and breakfast was very substantial. Judy is a great cook. There are several restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend the Seaward to anyone who wants something a little different than the usual BnB.

Take the scenic circle drive around the isle of Skye. It’s really breathtaking. Also Dunvegan castle and gardens were worth seeing. We did both in one day.

Great Location a bit outside with seaview from the room, wonderful host, much more than just a B&B, Judith offers freshly baked cake upon arrival, drinks and food even in the evening, room was fully equiped with all you need, cannot be better. Thank you very much for our perfect stay.

The perfect place to stay, better than 5 star. The host was very attentive and extremely helpful. Everything was high spec and there were several extra special touches eg, bathrobe, slippers, a variety of snacks, fresh fruit and homemade cake. The host was very knowledgeable about the area. The views were outstanding. The WiFi was great too. 100% recommend this venue.

We have found on this trip that because there are more tourists than restaurants that we could not get into the only local restaurant because we had not booked. We went back to Portree where there were several but still a problem to get in at 7.30 pm. From this location it is easy to get to all tourist attractions on the island. Tip for fuel: just as you come onto the island you will pass the Co-op. Petrol here is the cheapest we found in Scotland.
